Beautiful - incredibly helpful as well! I love going there and the service is second to none! Did their best to save my beloved PowerBook, but unfortunately didn’t work. They did help me with some websites that could help however (which did!)
Thank you Apple, for a great shopping experience!

Went in to get a new macbook battery a while back and my warranty had run out the month before but they still replaced it for free :)

Two very friendly, helpful staff this morning helped me a little further down the road to buying an iPad. Great service!

The Apple store is cool. I like the way everything is all well displayed and there is always enough to see even no matter how busy the store is.
I think that there should be more availability if you need to get your phone or computer fixed instead of having to wait a few days.
Appart from that everybody in the store seems very helpful and informative of the brand and products.

Its a computer shop. They sell computers - albeit very good (but vastly overpriced) ones.
Apple have lost it - iDont recommend them.

I agree with greenknight. The place is good but it is a bit OTT. I tend to like the not so much in your face approach to shopping.

I ahve to say the store looks well. I do have to say though that I find the type of service offered over the top and a bit obsessive. Do the staff never get out and actually have a life? I found it all rather geeky.

I’ve been in the Apple stores in New York and Birmingham, where I’ve found the service to be second to none but this was my first time in the Belfast store. All I wanted was an iTunes voucher. I couldn’t see any “checkouts” so asked someone to help me. He said that no one was on the desk and wandered off. I presumed he was going to get someone to serve me or come back himself. He then started serving someone else and left me standing there like a fool.
I walked out, enraged that I had been made to feel like I was wasting HIS time over a stupid iTunes voucher! Perhaps the five star service is reserved for certain levels of spend?
Not impressed.

Left my iMac into the store to get fixed, they replaced the RAM and I had it back within 5 days. Friendly staff and great place to check your emails when shopping in town ;)

I have had an iPod for years but never considered any other Apple product until the store opened in Belfast. In fact I was a critic of the iPhone and Mac computers in general, claiming that they were for “fan boys” only.
My opinion completely changed when I visited the Apple Store for the first time. Having previously only used an iPhone briefly, I really had no experience with what it had to offer. When I approached a member of staff they ran me through a complete demo, giving me tips on good apps, showing off the functionality and telling me the advantages that come with the device even though I had informed them that I was tied in to a contract and would not be switching for a while; luckily due to a loop hole in my contract I was able to cancel free of charge early. I decided then to move to the iPhone and it was mainly because of the great advice, demonstration and dedication shown to me by the Apple Store member. I have never looked back.
More recently I decided it was time for a new laptop. I considered sticking with a windows based machine but some deliberation and multiple trips to the store, I decided on a Macbook and what a great decision it was. This did lead to one bad experience with the Apple Store. The sales assistant sold me the Mac book and explained to me about the one to one training that is available. I commented that it sounded good but was unaware of the cost as he had not mentioned it. I did however notice it on the sales a she put it through and when questioned he explained what it was for. I politely declined the service but was disappointed as I felt conned in to nearly paying for a service that he gave the impression was free. In saying that, the staff in the store completely redeemed themselves a week later. Having completed a survey about my experience I had explained what had happened during the sale. The manager of the store contacted me apologising for the mistake and reassured me that this was not standard practice in the store. This sort of dedication and service is second to none and I will continue to use the shop as a port of call for my questions, issues and Apple purchases. If every store showed this dedication and provided this level of service we would be happier consumers.

Yeah, the dedication of the staff is obvious. I have a friend who works there and he is literaly obsessed with the Mac Laptop…if you need any info/advice/help/enthusiasm just go in and ask for JONNY

Unfortunately, I had a problem with my mac, and brought it into the store. The staff were able to tell me the problem and that it would be fixed within 7-10 days. A week later I got my mac back working good as new with no hassle. :-)

The fact that you cant help but walk into it every time you are near the shop says everything about the apple store!

What can I say, this place is truly masterful. Compared to the likes of PC World it is like heaven.
The layout is simple and elegant. All the Apple products out for you to touch and try out. You can even nip into check your email if you like, on whatever mac you like whether it be the MacBook Air or iPhone.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s obvious that Apple go to a great effort to ensure they are top of their game.
For anyone considering making the switch from a PC to a Mac, visit the Apple Store and your mind will be made up.

At long last Apple has a store in Belfast. An opportunity to touch the machines and get human advice before you make a decision.
We went to opening. No one opens a retail stores like Apple. Check out http://derekhall.eo-creative.com/?p=126 for pics.
