Best hotel in Belfast - Really enjoy staying there. It is a proper Boutique Hotel. Only slight annoyance is the lack of car parking but you can’t blame them for that.

Quite often an end of night spot for me, it never seems to have any morons in it and it tends to be a good spot to get a taxi from.

Great cocktail selection in the bar. The toilets are something that deserves a special mention though, apart from the very high hygiene factor - they always seem to have Jack Dee playing through the PA in the toilets.

I stayed here on one occasion and while the room was quite nice, the check in staff weren’t overly warm. 

The bar staff on the other hand were very helpful and the bar food was lovely - especially the burgers! 

I would return to the bar before coming back to stay unless there was a really good room deal on.

Very nice food and service in a really nice room however the bill left a bad taste.  We were charged for still water that was offered to the table - I hate places that still do this.  I ordered dessert and wanted ice cream rather than whipped cream and was charged for the ice cream.  Finally over £6 for a glass of house wine is a bit OTT.  I liked the place and the food was very nice but I’ll always remember the bill at the end sadly.

Stayed here on a Saturday night for our anniversary. The staff were fantastic and the atmosphere in th hotel is great.  We got an offer of the room + dinner (incl wine) + breakfast for a really reasonable price considering the luxury.  Definately try a few of the cocktails. Will be going back again. Well done MalMaison.

This place is fantastic. Brilliant range of drinks, food is amazing.  I had a private function room experience, its like a hidden room, but you can see over the bar area.

Staff are brilliant, and the cocktails are pretty good too.

So good I went back the next day for lunch!
