I work on botanic & have tried oodles a few times & have to say have never been overly impressed after any visit.
It has its good points, tham being the staff are always extremely friendly & helpful, its really healthy food & its always a really speedy take away meal (when you only have half an hour every minute counts) but the bad is that each time I’ve had from here its been the same as mentioned before by another customer, its been mush, there is always like a bowl of soup at the bottom of the container, & I’ve tried a few of the differnt noodles, maybe its just me but i dont like the noodles in soup & its been quite bland, i wouldn’t be in a hurry back to be honest..

I love oodles, it’s so fantastic!!
Every time I go it cheers me up so much, and the owner and staff are always genuine and polite. Even if I just pop in quickly and don’t feel that hungry to begin with, I have never left a meal unfinished and love the variety of their menu.
I think the prices are very reasonable considering it’s central location, the quality of freshly prepared food and the individual experience offered. My only qualm is the lack of customer toilets, and maybe a limited space if they are busy. But a busy restaurant proves they are doing something right!
I often highly recommend and visit Oodles with friends, and would be very surprised to hear anyone say they don’t enjoy eating here. Five stars or more if I could give them, and no I wasn’t even bribed to write this review!

The same as ‘walk to wok’ in Amsterdam, same great food and service. Can’t recommend it enough.

We are very similar to Walk to Wok in Amsterdam - great place!
The difference between us is that we dont use oil in our cooking. Great to be compared to Walk To Wok . Thanks

Rated as a lunch spot, I give five stars to Oodles, for their freshness, healthiness, variety, and well-kept premises. Green tea is a nice pick me up, too. A perfect small bite on Botanic.

Was there today for lunch with the better half. First time in it, heard good reviews so i figured I may as well check it out.
Friendly staff who allow you to taste their sauces before hand.
I had the Egg Noodles / Pineapple and Chilli sauce with ginger and garlic thrown in as well. If you like your spicy food i would recommend this! Loved it.
Ali had Egg Noodles / Seafood filling with Terryaki sauce. She enjoyed it :)
Great spot for a quick bite to eat. Price was around 12 quid for both of us + drinks.
All in all very enjoyable.

First time i was in Oodles Loves Noodles and it was superb. I really enjoyed it (thanks to Alan from Bluetubedesign for the invite)
Met friends - had a laugh, it seemed very popular and steadily busy.
Will definitely be back again
Fast friendly service with a healthy option for lunch - you must try it!

Can-oodle Day would be a great thing to have on a regular basis, since then my wife and kids have joined me in there and have all really loved it. Even the kids commented on how tasty it was so keep up the good work.
Regular incentives for people to bring friends/partners etc is always a winner. But regardless we will definitely be back again…and again

Popped in for a quick bite last week. Food was served quickly, food was tasty and for a very good price.
Definitely a great alternative to any fast food joint. Healthier and classier. Good discounts for students too.

Very very close to a 4.
Had some egg noodles with pork and curry coconut sauce and I cleaned out my nice little box.
Sonia had what she described as ‘a box of mush’. Rice noodles, veggie mix, chicken, mushrooms and cashews. Sonz not impressed and is now having a cup of tea and toast as she only ate a few bites of it.
The dude behind the counter was cool. Pretty nice wee options available.
I do like it and it was a nice wee healthyish alternative for a snack on the run. Only waited 5 mins for food from ordering.

Rice noodles are a very fine noodle compared to the egg noodle and could have been over sauced. NO EXCUSE on oodles side !
Please do try us again and please feel free to talk to the chefs before during and after cooking your meal.

First visit to the much lauded Oddles Loves Noodles today (follow them over on Twitter if you are that way inclined @OodlesNoodles). Have to say it was just what I was in teh mood for and a short walk up to Botanic Avenue only served to build a little extra appetite.
I was welcomed and invited to make an order, being given a run down of how it worked. Opted for teh buckwheat noodles, Tofu and Satay sauce. Total price was £4.95 and included a free 500ml bottle of water to wash it all down with.
Food arrived very promptly and was steaming hot. The bowl was served with a choice of chopsticks and fork (for the less dextrous eaters out there).
Seats were comfortable enough, tables clean and service friendly. I will be back to try it again soon.

I enjoyed my first visit today. Nicely designed and bright and airy for a small unit. Friendly staff member explained how everything worked and the food was hot and fresh, and arrived quickly. Felt it was a little expensive for what it was and the music was a little raucous but I’ll be back.

Nice little place. £5.50 for a noodle dish (choose your noodles, meat, sauce). Very good and a nice change for lunch.

This little restaurant does have some redeeming features, clean, cute and nice staff but i won’t be going back. The price is ridiculous for takeaway noodles and i found them flavourless to the point that i thought they forgot to put my chosen sauce on it and the vegtables included are just…boring!

thanks for the feedback and sorry you didnt have a great experience on your first visit.
We have introduced a number of specials onto the menu and added more flavour to our standard veg mix.
YOu can eat at oodles from 4.95 (and that includes a free bottle of water on Mondays)
So Please do give us another chance and if you still dont like us, then at least we have both tried.

Mmmm very tasty noodles. It tastes healthier than normal take away and is yummy. I really like the egg noodles and the black bean and beef or chicken. It comes in a cute little box like you see in the movies which is something a little different and makes it fun to munch. Staff are friendly and I like the decor inside and out. I would recommend it and its soooo quick.
