I had a coaching session with Dawn from Sensei Learning and Performance for my company Abintus Videos. I was blown away by Dawn’s knowledge on all things marketing.

In a very short time Dawn helped me understand aspects of social media I wasn’t aware of such as Hoot Suite and Facebook friends lists which are very useful.

Dawn is a great listener and really took onboard every little question I had, and followed up our session with comprehensive emails containing links and other valuable information.

Fantastic. Very highly recommended.

I got in touch with Dawn Sensei for help with editing a professional document. I sent the document to her and what I got back was more than I bargained for. Not only were editing notes there, but little suggestions that just made it stand out much better. Many thanks.

Limavady Borough Council first engaged Sensei Learning and Performance in 2010/11 for a pilot programme aimed at opening up online marketing for local businesses. 

Guilty as I was about dragging Dawn up from the relative civilisation of down the road, I’m glad I did.  We’ve had excellent feedback from local businesses who have taken up the offer of entering into the online world which they have so far been missing out on.

Delivery has always been as promised, content has been relevant, and Dawn has shown much patience in the face of the adversity of some pretty low I.T. Knowledge and take-up in the area. 

I would recommend Sensei Learning and Development to any practitioners in the economic development field, and would be happy to advocate their service, delivery, approach and content with colleagues anytime.

I attended “Marketing Your Business with Social Media” which was run by Dawn at Limavady Council Offices. The course was very informative and delivered by Dawn in a very “Personable” manner.

She gave a good introduction to Social Media as a whole as well as focussing on some aspects in greater detail. One od the most usefull tips I picked up was using Tweetdeck to manage multiple accounts across deifferent platforms.

I just wish the class would have been twice as long so I could have picked up more nuggets of knowledge.

I attended the Managing Customer Experience(24 March 2010) as part of the Certificate in Management at Queens. Allen delivered the course.

Allen kept the whole group interested and the day was enjoyable because of the level of interaction was good.

 

It was clear he had an interest and sound knowledge of the topic.

Allen covered a lot of information and all exercises were relevant and supportive.

I would happily recommend Allen to deliver this course to others and hope he delivers some of the other courses I have chosen.

I recently got in contact with Dawn at Sensei to get material for my business manual edited and proof read.  From the beginning I was dealt with in a very friendly yet professional manner.  Dawn not only proof read my manual but she went the extra mile by formatting the document, offering fantastic style advice and creating a house style for my business.  I found the quality of Dawn’s work to be outstanding.  The comments she gave in regards to the editing and writing of the document were really pertinent and extremely helpful. I went to a Social Media Workshop run by Dawn from Sensei last week in Antrim.

Dawn managed to condense a huge subject into a very simple, easy to follow and interactive presentation.  There were people there who didn’t have a clue about social networking.  There was a lot of excitement in the room and there were many questions about the possibilities.  Dawn was very calm and professional and managed to keep people interested throughout.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Dawn to run courses for my company or anyone else’s for that matter.  Very pleased.

I asked Dawn to deliver this course to a number of small business owners and was more than delighted with the delivery of the course.  It was obviously well researched and I know from speaking to all of the attendees that it was very well received.
