Brilliant food, would go back over and over again.
A bit more expensive than many other Belfast restaurants - but very very good.

Excellent food and service, really really tasty. Would go back over and over again. Chef’s bread is nice too

The food was very good, but with such a high price bracket we where very disappointed with the rude, abrupt service. Expected the whole package. Dissapointing.

Its was exclliantfood but the waiter was a bit cocky so that ruined it a bit for us but the food was lovely and the atomsphere was warm and cosy I would have given 5 star if it wasnt for the almost bored waiter

Everytime you amaze me. I love you Tedfords. Your food is what dreams are made off (I accept that I’m being a little more dramatic than usual today).

The best steak I think I have ever had in my life. A little pricey but absolutely beautiful. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back.

Back to Tedfords for the third time last saturday night and was not disappointed. A must for seafood lovers and definitely tipping the scale as the best belfast restaurant! Tandoori spiced cod with a confit of chicken spring roll to start - strange but fantastic and the curry roasted monkfish with coconut rice was heavenly. Warm chocolate brownie was a tastey end to the meal. portions are generous, side orders not required if you have any hope of fitting in dessert.

Cosy atmosphere ideal for couples or small groups on special occasions, with professional staff who are attentive without crossing the line into pestering.
The menu is varied with a focus on seafood. Individual dishes are complex - eg, my main course of fish came with scallops and crab too - which may not be to everyone’s taste, but are all top notch quality. Three courses with coffee comes in around £35-£45 per head excluding wine, but there are offers and a pre-theatre menu to be had too.
Easily one of the best restaurants in Belfast. Highly recommended.

The most amazing meal I have ever had in Belfast!! Quite expensive but worth EVERY penny.

Definately the best meal I’ve had in Belfast and among the best meals I’ve had anywhere, ever. Perfect, the attention to detail in every aspect of the visit was impeccable - renforced even more by the excellent, attentive service. Perfect.
For a first visit, definately more than enough to convince me to return again. Next time I’ll be making a trip out of it, attempting two or three courses and sampling the wine list.

My favourite place to eat in Belfast - food and service always excellent. Their Turbot and Scallops is just fantastic!

I can’t help but compare it to other places. The chowder was good but not as good as the Mourne Seafood Bar. The main course, Monkfish, was delicious and the desert I had, a Creme Brulée, was nice.
Service was good and atmosphere was nice enough those the staff were pretty precious about keeping our group (of 17 people and the only people on that floor) in the corner of the room.
The deal, 3 courses for £30 was pretty good too.

It might be primarily a seafood restaurant, but they serve fantastic steaks. I would definitely recommend it for a “special occasion” meal.
